Well, to a biologist (me anyway), morality is simply a survival strategy. Procreation is part of survival. The strategy is the union of moral instinct and learned moral system. It is a useful and far less arbitrary definition of morality than most. It is an evolutionary definition. Morality is how we decide right from wrong. Our survival instinct is why we make that decision. I suspect you would be shocked at what else evolution can tell you, such as what faith is in biological terms. It is as amazing as they say.
