Maybe it's more complicated than you think though. Consider that the primary strategy of MA Nature is "red of tooth and claw", endless competition and conflict. In mammals, that means male dominance behavior. Sounds like what you are calling psychopathic to me. I posted a more detailed description of this, what it means and how it might be dealt with as a "reply" "above". Just realize, what you are complaining about is a natural outcome of evolution. There is another potential outcome as well though. I work on how to achieve it.
