They demonize the cities as part of the larger culture war. You might think Las Vegas is thought of as Sin City, but in the Christian Community, it is Hollywood.

It doesn't matter if you report the crimes or not. They are taught on the web. At a checkout, I watched a father pull a DVD from under his (about 12 year old) daughter's sweat shirt. She was mad at him... That amazed me. She wasn't scared, shy or daring. She had been taught and I have a suspicion it was from TicToc or something like it.
