I remember in my first agile class when they laid out the responsibilities of management and everyone was shocked. Too bad it didn't work out that way.

The stand ups make sense, but the sprints work out as supporting poor developers that need more guidance, but it's no good for challenging projects.

I got fired from my last job for not following agile procedures. I was rushing to try to hit a deadline in 2 weeks. I hear it took them a year to finish it.
