Another problem is that it is fine for a Muslim to lie to a non-Muslim. Society and civilization are built on truth and contracts. That's a problem.

The other thing is the enforcement. It doesn't matter what your nice Muslim friend thinks. Islam traditionally kills those that leave the religion and they enforce their rules... where they can.
